Feeling Batty?
Bats are intriguing creatures that roam the night skies, and they are essential to our ecosystem.
However, it’s crucial to be aware of potential dangers they may pose. Bats can transmit rabies, and if you’re seeing bats during the daylight it is possible that they are unsafe. The bat’s guano (feces) may contain spores for a disease that can harm the lungs and should be handled with care. Their droppings and urine have the potential to cause structural damage by seeping into walls made of sheet rock and particleboard.
If you’ve found that bats have made a nest out of your attic or shed and are posing a threat to the safety of your home, please call us for help in safely remediating the situation.
